TRUST BUILDING MEASURES:
The Israeli and Palestinian delegations agreed upon the following trust building measures:
1. Recognition -: two states.
A State for Jewish people including minorities with equal rights.
A State for Palestinians including minorities with equal rights.
2. Violence –
a. Violence is not acceptable. Every dispute will be discussed and solved on the negotiation table.
b. In the case of a violent event, the two sides will condemn it and the peace process will continue.
3. Checkpoints –
a. Checkpoints within the West Bank will be gradually removed. The Palestinians will do their best to prevent attacks on Israelis and visa versa-the Israelis will do their best to prevent attacks on Palestinians.
THESE TRUST BUILDING MEASURES REFLECT THE INTENTION OF THE TWO DELEGATIONS TO END THE PALESTINIAN-ISRAELI CONFLICT. THE TWO DELEGATIONS WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD TRUST IN THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS ON THE CONCLUSIVE SOLUTION TO THE PALESTINIAN-ISRAELI CONFLICT.

CONCLUSIVE PEACE AGREEMENT
BORDERS AND JERUSALEM
1. The June 4, 1967 line will be a point of reference for border arrangements between Israel and Palestine. The existing residency line will serve as a base for considering border arrangements and territory swap. Any territory exchange will be done by mutual agreement.
2. Jerusalem
a. The Jewish neighborhood of East Jerusalem will be under Israeli control the Palestinian neighborhood of East Jerusalem will be under Palestinian control.
Jewish neighborhoods are those where the majority of the population is Jewish; Palestinian neighborhoods are those where the majority of the population is Palestinians.
b. Territorial exchange - territorial exchange will be made as much as possible, as agreed upon by both sides, within the borders of Jerusalem and if not, in the immediate surrounding area of the city of Jerusalem.
c. The Old City of Jerusalem
The Old City of Jerusalem surrounded by the walls, will be a sovereign state that will be governed by a council of representatives from the 3 monotheistic religions—Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
In the interim period, until representatives are appointed by the three religions and thus implementing the vision, the Old City will be controlled by a five member council composed of representatives of: the Moslem community in Jerusalem, the Christian community in Jerusalem, the Jewish community in Jerusalem, an Israeli representative and a Palestinian representative.
The two delegations agreed to continue discussing the following issues: territorial exchange in Jerusalem, the future of the settlement, refugees, prisoners, the future relationship between the two states, natural resources.
Unfortunately, the assembly did not have enough time to complete this discussion. The two delegations wish to continue the negotiations until a final peace agreement will be achieved, hopefully as soon as possible.
